80 grams butter. It is better to use cold butter from fridge.

3 cups self-raising flour

1/2 cup of cheddar

1 table spoon of thyme leaves

1 cup milk 250ml

1/3 cup caramelized onion relish

Milk, for brushing

Bake in oven at 180 for 22 – 25 mins
